The Wallhouse Coffee Company is excited to begin our new series of coffee offerings for you!

We will be selecting a single large bag of green beans to source from a unique location. Everyone has their favorite Wallhouse Coffee roast that they prefer. However, these featured coffees are a great way to try excellent new single origin coffees. Also, be sure to read about the location the beans were grown in our write up.

Once the single quantity of beans are gone, we will select a new location to source beans from; and so on. So be sure to try each origin as they are available before they are gone!

If you want to be the first to know about the next origin we will be offering, be sure to join our email list.

About The Growing Location

Misozi Kopakaki is grown in the Karongi District of western Rwanda by over 800 small farmers. The farmers in this area, in an effort create the best coffee possible, have pooled their coffee, resources and knowledge together by forming a cooperative they called Kopakaki. After forming their coop, they joined a group of coops called Misozi to aid in the final processing and exportation of their coffee. The Misozi and Kopakaki coops are proudly certified Fair Trade to guarantee transparency and fairness throughout their growing community

Kopakaki grows only bourbon varietal, at 4500 feet above sea level in the south-western part of the country, north of Burundi.

The complexity of this coffee is unexpected.  It is sugary sweet and very fruity. It has medium body and medium acidity. We roast it to be a medium roast to keep as much of the unique flavors as possible.
